The rather unfortunate incidence happened in Onitsha, Anambra State where the actor’s car reportedly ran into a ditch. According to eye witness accounts, the car was travelling at high speed when it ran into a drainage causing it to tumble.
The Sun reports that Perez, who hailed from Isuofia in Anambra State died along with four of his friends.
