All is set for singer, Omawumi to launch her foundation called,
‘Little House of No Regret.’ The foundation will be exclusively for
women and girls, to stop domestic violence and create a safe haven for
victims.
Speaking about the foundation on social media, Omawumi said she had
always wanted to stop domestic violence and help its victims. “I have
always wanted to do something for this cause. My music and circumstances
always steered me in this direction,” she said.
“This Little House of No Regrets was the name my grandpa Maxwell
Allwell-Brown named his first grocery store in Aba wayyyyyy before i was
born.
We are still shaping and building up and we have a lot to learn. We
aim to stop Domestic Violence and create a safe haven for victims. More
