Nigeria slammed with $5,000 fine by CAF over Kaduna invasion.
The Confederation of African Football, CAF has handed the Super Eagles
of Nigeria a $5,000 fine following a field invasion by fans after the
June 13, 2015 AFCON qualifiers.
The Eagles won the game 2-0 with goals coming from Odion Ighalo and Gbolahan Salami.
The
match which was played in the Northern city of Kaduna ended with fans
trooping to the pitch in celebration which has been condemned by CAF.
After meeting on Sunday, September 20, 2015, the Disciplinary committee
of CAF has now come out with a report charging Nigeria of misconduct
with a penalty asking the country to pay the $5,000 fine. a statement on
CAF website simply stated that the fine was a result of ‘Pitch Invasion
when Nigeria scores.

The First Lady will be showing in all cinemas from Thursday, October 1.
In
the aftermath of lull performance for Nollywood movies in cinemas, The
First Lady, has been described as a movie that will do Nollywood proud
at the box office by the cinema stakeholders that saw the movie. With
the hilarious twists and turn at the that was greeted with loud bust of
laughter at the cinema hall yesterday, the stakeholder might just be
